-Support sales team to understand customer need from the whole electronic system of vehicle

-Based on existing CrossControl product, make offers to customer with optimized application solutions. Provide technical support to customers about how to use and configure CrossControl products. There is a troubleshooting component of this role so basic electrical and communication protocol debugging skills are required.

-Analyze product requirements and UI, interaction designer's design scheme, evaluate technical feasibility and suggestion feedback

-Design and implement solutions to enable robust, scalable and maintainable Software..                                                                         

设计和实施解决方案，以实现可靠的、可升级的和可维护的软件。-Apply extensive technical expertise to resolve challenging --programming and design problems.

-Take part of responsibilities of quality service work including initial inspection work of quality complain.

Skills and Competencies

• Building relationships with customers and becoming their trusted advisor.

• Ability to development of custom application software by CoDeSys software Language is required. Be familiar with CoDeSys architecture and component like runtime, device description files and setting of starting up.

• Familiarity with CAN protocol like J1939 and CANOpen is required.

• Ability to plan and conduct product training for customers and in-house sales teams.

• Basic circuit analysis skills

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Become proficient with and train others to use our software configuration tool (Linux) is a plus.

• Master QT application software is a plus

• Good command of written & spoken English is priority.

• Business travel required
