Job summary
Responsible to generate a certain sales turn over.
To help the company to increase revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative and acquiring new customers.
Develop a network of sales partners.

Tasks
Develop a sales strategy to establish and achieve sales goals and revenues
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Generate a weekly basis sales activity report
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Participate to the definition of the sales policies and procedures
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
Develop promotional ideas and material
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
Manage sales agents

Education and Experience requirements
BS/MS degree in business development or a related field
Background in sales with process experience ideally in pharma and/or chemical.
Knowledge/Experience in powder handling technology is a plus.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
