Key responsibilities:

1.  R&D of company products (die, fixture, gauge, non-standard product, assembly equipment)

2. Generate thorough tolerance stack ups and apply GD&T when necessary

3.  Company technical training & the application of the new technologies

4.  BOM creation, ECR change issue

5. Complete simulations and studies followed up with PPT presentations to explain results

6.  Master progress of product development, deal with the connecting work between HQ and plant.

7.  3D and 2D CAD model creation,Solve the problem within product design

8.  Deal with customer complains which related to product.

9. Upload/download CAD data to and from internal release platform

10.  Other responsibilities as assigned by the company.   

 

Key requirements:

1)     Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher

2)     3-5 years of working experience working in mechanical design (but in reality I could also work with someone right out of university as well)

3)     Experience using NX and/or Catia V5

4)     Experience with GD&T

5)     Basic Microsoft Office skills

6)     Able to work as a team and able to meet deadlines

7)     Fast learner
