Objectives

  An Early Years Assistant will assist teaching staff as required during the day. This may include support with general administration, cleaning and offering partial supervision to specified pupils. To support each individual pupil’s growth and development, encouraging them as Huili pupils to be inspired, intellectual, independent, individual and inclusive. The Early Years Assistant will offer help to class teachers and teaching assistants as required.

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

1. Have knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning expectations in the class you serve 能了解和理解你所负责的课程中需要的教学和学习目标。

  

• Experience of working in an early years’ / educational setting preferred

• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience

• Fluency in Chinese

• Ability to deliver excellent service at all times

• Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Ability to work to tight timelines and follow direction
