- Sales and management

§ Process orders and coordinate with U.S. & European plants, Asian Hubs and forwarders for cargo delivery and shipment planning.

§ Consolidate inquires, quotations and sales contract, process orders;

§ Coordinate with logistics and finance to meet customer’s requirements on orders;

§ Documentary execution; coordinate with shipping liner and negotiation bank to ensure documents effective and punctual

§ Key accounts after sales service: provide weekly shipment table, remind customers to check stock level and anticipate their demand. Monitoring the payment due time to assist finance dept. to collect money.

- Logistics

§ Coordinate with forwarder overseas for shipment planning, SBCs/Isotanks returning.

§ Assist for B/L issuing and solve all documentary problems

§ Assist to deal with the logistics claim or business claim occurred.

- Admin

§ Secretary service, make travel arrangement (visa, air/train tickets, hotel reservation etc.)

Assist to organize business activities.
