职位描述

? Clearly set the objectives of order processing / sales support functions in line with company objectives – to work with sales managers and ensure objectives and responsibilities are clear and transparent.

? Liaise with sales managers to define clear operating procedures and responsibilities for each business unit, to set and ensure the correct level of in-house support functions are available. Ensure the team is equipped with clear process and responsibility targets for efficient operations and continuous improvements.

? Interface with production plants to ensure delivery/product readiness is in-line with changing customer requirements.

? Set up and control production planning/activity for overall company inventory control together with Finance Director.

? Take over full purchasing activity for filter products from two suppliers (Pinghu plant and B&K), remove this function from sales department. To ensure a separation of the order processing function between customer and supplier and a controlled product price plan in line with Finance and GM.

? Take ownership of ISO 9001 process within the company; ensure objectives from QM are in-line with operational processes and manage staff to deliver these objectives. Set clear continuous improvement plans within team and ensure process optimasation.

? Manage and monitor the Sales Operations Supervisor and team to ensure KPI objectives are met and company has adequate resources.

? Review current ERP system at BFCN, identify current standard operating procedures – highlight areas for improvement for greater efficiency in sales controlling, customer management and sales operation.

? Attend management meetings to report sales operation targets, status and raise issues that require cross departmental consensus.

? Clearly define all sales operations processes and ensure the team adheres to policy.

? Monitor inventory control together with Finance management.

? Take over total management of logistics operations – ensure target setting and logistics spend is in-line with budget settings from management.

? Support GM to set up an effective sales controlling procedure.

? Generate necessary reports for business analysis to GM.


任职要求:

? Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification

? Minimum 5 years’ experience as a team leader

? Solid experience in international trading

? Previous experience in order administration

? Good communication, interpersonal skill

? Experience in using ERP system

? Experience leading teams in an international, customer-focused environment

? Proven team management experience

? Cross functional experience in change management.

? Fluent in written and spoken English

? Excellent office software skills

? Experience in working at Waigaoqiao FTZ enterprise

? Any other business-related activities assigned by GM.
