The role is mainly responsible for the recruitment for Popeyes restaurant RMT level volume hiring, including Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager as well as to provide recruitment solutions for crew level staff. You will be the expert to provide talent acquisition total solutions and have high exposure with Operations Team.

Main Responsibilities;

1. Use multi channels to attract candidates to join Popeyes;

2. Screen and select the suitable candidates;

3. Arrange the interview and deliver all offer letters in time;

4. Lead RPO to fulfill the recruitment needs; follow and track the performance;

4. Take responsibility for the employer branding perspective in every contact with an external candidate;

5. Lead Campus project to introduce the brand among students;

5. From a company point of view take responsibility for how each recruitment decision affects the business, both in short term and long term.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; 

2. At least 3 years' working experience in Talent Acquisition for volume hiring, experience in RPO is plus; 

3. Open-minded and agile; 

4. Willing to learn and result-driven, can work under pressure; 

5. Good communication in both Chinese and English;

6. Occasional domestic travel is required
