Job Title: HR Recruiting Expert/Supervisor

Department: HR Talent Acquisition Center, AP

Your Task

Be in charge of the whole recruitment process, and new hire Pre-onboard process;

Executive search for Managment level position;

Work closely with HR Teams to implement One Standard Recruiting Process across China and other countries;

As the Project Leader for Division/BU/Site, update the regular recruitment analyses and Market insight report;

Buildup ZF Strategic Talent Pipeline Externally and foster Internal Talent Mobility;

One ZF Approach to Optimize Talent & Candidate Experience;

Support to other HR projects based on Business Requirement;

Your Profile

Familiar with recruitment procedure and process, at least 5 years related experience;

2-3 years executive serach experiece;

Fluent English, strong influence and solving problems skill;

Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure;

Client service focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative & flexibility;
