• To establish and execute brushless Motor product development/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams (customers) for the responsible projects
• To support/ lead braking control motor applications engineering (including EBB/IBC motor or further brushless motor projects)
• To take the key communication role between AP ZF/motor supplier and ZF motor core team
• To support/lead AP motor quality and commodity with local engineering support for issues and supplier audits.
• To support the motor application in brake control system and solve the all motor related problems in system level.
• To support AP motor VMT activities in regards of engineering C40 tasks.
• To support the motor core development with requirement management for the AP market.
• To support the motor CAE simulation (Motor CAD/Ansy etc) for motor mechanical/electromagnetic design

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

• Must have knowledge in motor product principles/design/ application and release process
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages
• Must have good problem-solving skills, failure analysis ability
• Must have knowledge of automotive development/quality tools: FMEA/APQP/CP/Process flow/8D
• Must have knowledge of Windchill/Catia for documentation management
• Must be good at team work
• Must be willing to work hard and maybe overtime when required
• Must be willing to think independent and raise personal idea
• Preferred to have motor simulation knowledge of mechanical/electromagnetic/thermal design.
• Preferred to have Project Management knowledge
• Preferred to have motor control, motor position sensor knowledge

Educational:  

• BSc degree or higher in Automotive Engineering or electric Engineering. (MSc is preferred).      

Experience:    

• Experience in the same or similar product fields is a plus
