RsA - Asia Tax Advisors is an international tax and legal consultancy firm that aims to provide clients with the highest professional services to assist them in maximizing their international business objectives. We are looking to hire experienced and motivated individuals, with strong command in English language for an exciting opportunity as part of our Legal team at our Shanghai office.

 

As part of our international team, the candidate will contribute with their expertise especially in the following areas:

 

 

- Company Law;

 

- Labour Law;

 

- Complex business transactions, such as M&A;

 

- Liaison and interface with private and public third parties;

 

- Administrative compliance and procedures;

 

- Contract drafting and review.
