岗位职责：

1. 负责经手的产品资料的收集和更新，包括产品描述，产品图片，产品价格等

Responsible for collecting and updating product information, including product description, product drawing, product price, etc.

2. 负责新供应商的开发工作，完善供应商管理体系，定期进行供应商审核

Responsible for new supplier development, improve supplier management system, conduct supplier audit regularly

3. 负责及时处理销售的询价、报价，坚持“质优、价廉”的原则，货比三家，择优采购

Responsible for timely handling of sales inquiries, quotations, adhere to the principle of "high quality, low price", compare different vendors, select the best vendor

4. 负责与供应商进行价格谈判， 为公司争取更合理的价格，降低采购成本

Be responsible for price negotiation with suppliers, strive for more reasonable price for the company and reduce purchasing cost

5. 负责下单前合同的签订和审核，在维护公司利益的前提下与供应商签订合同

Responsible for signing and reviewing contracts before placing orders, and signing contracts with suppliers while maintaining the company's interests

6. 负责供应商付款的申请及票据的提交，做到合同、货物、票据一致

Responsible for supplier payment application and bill submission, make sure the contract, goods and bill are consistent

7. 负责所采购产品的交期的跟进，监督工厂的品质控制，对重要订单安排质检现场查验和跟进，确保交期和品质

Follow up the delivery date of the purchased products, supervise the quality control of the factory, arrange the inspector to follow up important orders on site, ensure the delivery date and quality

8. 负责与工厂交涉，处理交期、质量等出现的问题

Be responsible for negotiating with factory, deal with the problem of delivery time, quality, etc.

9. 负责采购工作的记录、汇总和统计，进行采购优化分析

Responsible for the record, summary and statistics of purchasing work, and carry out optimization analysis of purchasing

10. 及时跟进市场变化，了解市场价格变化趋势，为公司业务发展提供建议和参考

Follow up the market change, understand the market price change trend, provide suggestions and references for the company's business development
