Responsibilities:  

1. Lead and measure client program success by proactively managing program implementation /promotion, driving utilization and providing regular service review.
2. Support functional head by building and maintaining a CRM plan to strengthen our partnership with key influencers, decision makers and opinion leaders.
3. Work closely with creative/designer to come up with client program marketing deliverables.
4. Partner with sales team in the renewal and bidding process.
5. Support in the Aspire events and activities to build and further develop Aspire brand preference and influence, generate sales leads.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Marketing or Communications preferable
2. Overall 5 years of working experience in the service industry,  2-3 years in marketing agency is a big plus
3. Experience in event management, promotion planning and execution
4. Good knowledge and sophisticated skills on product/service marketing, digital marketing, and database marketing
5. Excellent copywriting skills (familiar with creative software is preferable
