Nothing says customer care more than having our own team of dedicated Customer Service personnel to ensure all supply chain processes are seamless and on time. If you wish to drive customer excellence and create an exemplary experience for our customers, this could be the ideal job for you.

This position will lead a team and manage a portfolio of customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and experience when handling enquiries and problems
• Establish and document clear guidelines to achieve the service levels expected by each customer
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support the development of customer presentations
• Ensure appropriate levels of workload is delegated to the team
• Schedule transport pickups and deliveries as required

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have at least 3 years of experience in leading a customer service team, and possess a proven track record in resolving performance issues. You pay attention to details, and are adept in complaint management. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
