1.      执行公司信控和应收账款管理制度，根据公司业务状况实时更新相关制度和操作手册。

Execute the company credit control and AR management policy, updating the policies and manual according to company business condition.

2.      跟进中介机构所提供的相关信用报告，对客户提供的账期条款进行风险评估。

To keep track of providing credit report with the agency and get involved in evaluation of credit terms granted to customer.

3.      如有需要，对客户服务及销售进行风险控制的培训。

To provide credit control training courses to CS and sales rep.

4.      管理应收报告分析，提醒应收账款。

To manage the A/R statement analysis, remind A/R collection,etc.

5.      与客户服务进行协调，对应收账款缺口进行跟进解决，发送及跟进收款提醒。

To collaborate with CS to push up the solution on any breach against comes up credit terms.

Send and keep track of reminder letter and BCN statement when they are in use.

6.      负责出口销售相关的入账事宜。

Responsible for the recording of export sales.

7.      负责协调公司的保险事宜。

Responsible for coordinating BCN insurance affairs.
