Position Summary:

Responsible for the customers orientation projects management, cooperate internal and external to promote the project meet the customers’ requirement, UV adhesion integration solution maker, market competition collection and analysis. Promote our equipment update and innovation. Cooperate with market and sales to build our equipment reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the equipment product project management and coordinate with USA products manager and internal development team to make sure that the new products will be successfully developed back equipment development procedure.

• Responsible for the customization project management, be the windows of external and internal and run the project according to delivery plan. to make sure the integration solution can beyond customer expectation.

• Responsible for the competition analysis, and the VOC collection from customer and sale team, and build the new product conception specification.

• Responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical connection design cooperation of UV curing equipment projects.

• Analyze the new products input from sales and customers, compare with competition research to identify the key input data.

• Responsible for the after sales technical support, organize the adjustment and maintenance on site

• Other work assigned by management

   

 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Automation control or other technical field major background
• 6-8 years of equipment related technical experience.
• Deep study ability of automation process optimizes work experience.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Experience with Project Management and stage gate principles
• Able to work in a fast-paced start up environment
• Able to adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
• Thrives in high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
