RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with customers, factories/suppliers, production team, subordinates and internal team to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of garments
• Responsible for orders and clients follow up, from sampling arrangement, mass production until shipment completed
• Follow up delivery schedules with external suppliers, resolve or report delays and other problems

• Work together with Technical design to ensure that product styling and fit is consistent with clients’ brand
• Source/select fabric, trims, embellishment, treatments for samples/collections development
• Preparing products, collections, presentation for the clients, marketing materials and other all requirements for product costing review and pricing

• Develop and maintain accurate records of all the above (sample development/production/QC) and specifically to create detail garment specification and BOM for hand off to factory
• Implement all details of sample development from concept to final concept samples
• Control quality in 4 steps: sample/industrial sample/head and mass production

• Monitor status of order and production to meet shipment deadline

• Coach the team and get the best from everyone

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ***/***, age 30-35 years up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Industry or any related fields
• At least 7-10 years experience in garment merchandising, production or related field is a must
• Experience of working with managing garment product

• Have fashion sense, can periodically feed the clients, with samples, materials, trends, collection within the client’s price range

• Knowledge in garment production processes, assembly both woven and knit preferably
• Knowledge in garment dying, washing, printing, pattern and fabric composition, etc.
• Understanding merchandise planning process and capable of developing range plans to meet the business requirement
• Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills and factory experience especially

• Team builder, leadership and communications skills

• Good people management skills with evidence of coaching and development within a team
• Fluent in English
