Hierarchical and Functional Report to: Senior Customer Service Manager

·         Orders input, monitor and follow up for customers of the whole area, with focus on mainland China.

·         Responds to customer enquiries regarding products information, after sales service, orders, shipments and Custom documents via email / phone in an appropriate and timely manner to exceed customer satisfaction.

·         Timely updates and supplement customer database for new customers, information variations and user accounts.

·         Updates and inform customers with products information, eg. Catalogues, products reviews, price adjustment, swatches, etc.

·         Training support together with sales department for new customers and / or new products and new marketing and sales support tools for all customers.

·         Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filling, etc.

·         Management of office supplies and warehouse.

·         Monthly inventory and support finance for the inventory.

·         Logistics and transportation organization for direct owned stores in Shanghai.
