Responsibilities

• To produce bi-lingual research reports to the standard, form and quality demanded by the company and manage delivery to pre-determined recipients in the appropriate format (e-mail, print / post, website etc). Reports to include, subject to discussion and confirmation.
• To monitor the real estate markets in Shanghai and provide fortnightly up-dates to other staff members of new commercial, residential, retail and industrial developments that are planned, under construction or due to complete within Shanghai.
• To monitor newspapers and journals and clip real estate market and company related articles as they relate to Shanghai and our business and produce a monthly summary report for distribution internally.
• To coordinate with the research team in Asia Pacific and Hong Kong, and insure on-time delivery to them of quarterly market reports for inclusion in “Asia Markets Up-date”
• To maintain a database of “Transaction Evidence”, based on analysis of deals completed in Shanghai over time. Database to include evidence derived from rental transactions completed and RFP’s issued by Knight Frank’s Shanghai office and residential teams as well as information received from our competitors and the market.

Person Specification

• At least 1 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills
• Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
• Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
