1.      Posting of received amounts

2.      Cash all amounts from customers that the company received a cash authorization from

3.      Day to day exchange of information with Credit Controller to determine actions to be taken on overdue items

4.      Reconciliation of bank statement with JDE, AR and GL

5.      Filing of working papers and specifications

6.      Inter-company clearing (IC clearing)

7.      Incoming invoices – timely posting of liabilities

8.      Invoices – checks and balances on correctness

9.      Invoices – timely and correct payment

10.  Credit cards

11.  Check the correctness of payments and communicate to users and take measures

12.  Expense forms

13.  Posting to GL of invoices, credit card amount and expense reports

14.  VAT (Dutch & abroad) Ensure a correct booking of VAT on correct account.

15.  Filing

Job requirements:

·         Accounting certificated;

·         1 years’ experience in AR/AP positions in head office

·         Good command of English

·         Excellent about MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
