数据筛选与管理：

? 跟踪并筛选客户名单，寻找潜在销售线索

? 更新CRM系统，完成销售数据转换的操作

? 辨别不相关的数据，例如代理商、竞争对手，持续更新用于系统自动筛选的黑名单

? 每周汇报客户名单跟进以及销售线索转换进展

? 每月与相关部门进行数据跟进回顾。相关部门包括其他地区内部销售代表，中国市场经理、业务以及业务拓展经理

部门行政工作:

? 负责上海办公室日常行政工作

? 组织年度集体活动，例如年度团建和年会

Lead management：

? Following up and filtering prospects to find potential customers

? Operating the conversion from prospect to lead in CRM

? Updating the blacklist to identify irrelevant data, eg.,trader/reseller and competitor for prospects filtering automation process

? Weekly reporting the prospect follow-up and lead conversion status

? Monthly review with regional ISR and China Marketing Manager, Business Manager & Business Development Manager the prospects, new customers, follow-up and conversion statues

Administrative work:

? Responsible for daily Shanghai office administrative works

? Organizing Shanghai office annual dinner and team building activities

? 本科毕业，工科专业背景优先考虑

? 具有2年及以上销售行政及电话销售工作经验

? 良好的沟通能力，熟练运用excel 

? 有能力独立工作，关注细节

? Bachelor degree and engineering background is preferred

? Related solid sales administrative and call-center sales-works with 2 years experiences or more

? Good communication and excel skill

? Ability to work independently, attention to detail
