工作职责:

General De"script"ion

The Integration Manager is responsible for translating the customer requirements into a carefully designed system with the lowest possible risks. Th IM will make sure that the system is handed-over according to specification by your colleagues and suppliers. During the design process the IM will support the Project Manager and Project Leader in resolving technical solution and system-related issues. The IM will lead the test phase and ensure a smooth, seamless transition to our customers’ operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

? Advising on the use of standard solutions and the impact of special solutions

? Understanding the customer processes and acting as advisor in correctly estimating the impact of changes

? Ensuring that all project and customer requirements are met

? Create system requirement according to customer requirements

? Developing the integration plan, the test specifications and the test plans

? Leads integration of more or less known risks:

o Independently draws up integration plan and executes it once it has been accepted.

o Leads small project team: Manages quality, progress, costs and information provision.

o Puts forward proposals for optimising concept

? Experienced sparring partner for engineering and project management.

? Progress monitoring with clear, concise reporting

? Managing component deliveries by suppliers by means of verification and validation

? Integrating (sub-)systems in existing customer systems

? Identifying risks and finding solutions to reduce them

? Finding potential and unresolved problems through an efficient, ‘common sense’ approach

任职资格:

Education/Qualification & Experience

? Technical or logistics education to at least BSc level

? 5 – 10 years’ experience as systems integrator

? Experience with system assurance system (requirement management, testing and validation, change management and configuration management)

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

? Familiar with customer processes in the BHS / Warehouse Automation / Parcel & Postal industries

? Familiar with automatically sorting/WCS applications

? Familiar with software layer, control layer , and IT technique

? Builds partnerships with customers and with internal and external suppliers

? Able find the right balance between technique ,quality, lead time and cost

? Well-developed analytical skills, and you think at system level

? Proactive and pragmatic

? Able to motivate people at all levels

? Fluent English

? Willing to travel, and to spend 25% to 50% of your time working on-site in the project handover phase
