首要职责 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 根据货物运输要求和成本控制要求协调日常货物的位置、运输和追踪
  

Coordinate daily activities to track location and movement of goods via all transport routes and re-routes as needed to meet all transportation demands and minimize cost

• 为客户、货运代理机构，以及其他相关人员提供准确的运输发票以及相关进出口文件
  

Provide accurate shipping invoices and related export / import documents to all customers, shipping agents and other related parties

• 与运输服务供应商紧密合作以保证高效有效的执行流程，协助获得必要的运输许可并且准备合适的运输证明文件。

Works closely with transport service providers and brokers to ensure efficient and effective execution process, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepares proper shipping documentation to support compliant movement of goods.

• 与销售和运营管理团队交流货物流实时进度状况。

Communicate fulfillment status to Sales and Operation Management Teams

• 及时在台账中记录所有相关物流成本，分析数据进行成本控制；

Record all the relative logistics cost in account summary, analysis data and run the logistics cost control.

• 协调并且记录材料的运输并且妥善保管与维护

Coordinate and record material movements and provide proper custody and control until delivery terms have been fulfilled

• 改善公司物流系统，制定并完善切实可行的计划、采购、仓储、配送等管理工作流程，实施监控和管理。

Improve the logistics of company, design and consummate applicable planning, procurement, storage and delivery work flow, implement monitoring and control.

• 控制并且改善物流追踪系统/工具的数据准确性

Control and improve data accuracy of logistics tracking system/tools.

• 开发、维护以及改善物流流程从而优化进出口产品和物料运输。高效、顺畅的处理各类进出口，保税区的进出口业务；

Develop, maintain and improve transport logistics processes to optimize inbound / outbound product and material delivery. Makes the importation& exportation, inbound & outbound process smoothly and effectively.

• 引进更具竞争力的第三方物流服务商，并进行年度审核；

Bring in more competitive 3PL resource and run the assessment annually.

• 积极支持并协调Konrad德国的团队，及时提供相关正确的信息，并与其保持良好的合作；

Support and coordinate Konrad Germany team to provide right info in right time. Maintain good relationship with Konrad Germany team.

• 与海关、商检等各相关部门进行良好的关系维护；

Maintain the relationship with China Customs, CIQ and other related departments.

• 进行项目维护、支持与领导，与各项目经理有效沟通并维持好关系；

Support and lead the projects assigned from direct supervisor, and maintain good relationship and communication with PMs.

• 总结各服务站点的物料报告，审阅数据并浅析原因，并推动解决问题；

Summarize the material reports from all sites, monitor the data and analysis the reason, then try to push the problems solved.

• 提升物流团队人员专业能力；

Enhance the professional capacity of China Logistics team

• HBT 物料采购, 项目承包商沟通与外服人员安排协调

HBT material procument, project contractor communication, and arrangement on outsourcing manpower;

• 在需要的情况下，积极支持其他同事的工作；

Back up for colleagues if needed.

• 完成领导安排的其他任务。

Other task assigned by directly supervisor.

知识与技能要求 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• 至少2年工作经验

Minimum 2 years of working experience.

• 工程类，管理科学类以及物流供应链类学科，大专及以上学历.

Learning experience in Engineering, business administration and/or Purchasing & Supply Chain Management

• 熟悉海关相关规则与流程；

Familiar with customs regulation and procedure.

• 精通Microsoft，如Excel, PPT等文件的编辑制作。

Proficient in Microsoft Word'' Excel'' PowerPoint'' internet research.

• 以双赢为导向的谈判技巧

Win-Win oriented negotiation capabilities

• 良好的英语邮件沟通技巧

Good English communication skills through email.

• 良好的团队合作意识
