Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project invoice billing and follow up;

2. Assist the Shared Service Center with AR collection tracking, and regularly check the quality;

3. Declare the foreign payment to the bank;

4. Monitor and release credit blocks on a daily base according to credit policy;

5. Prepare Bi-weekly AR aging and overdue reports, follow up the Dunning process;

6. Perform ongoing aging analysis and recommend reserves;

7. Meet the account reconciliation requirements from both internal and external customers, and any follow-ups;

8. Assist the customer credit review and assessment on new/existing accounts with performing financial analysis of customers;

9. Maintain and update customers' credit terms in SAP accurately and timely;

10. Work with the business departments to collect the overdue payment;

11. Assist the legal counsel and external lawyer firm for any legal action;

12. Support internal and external audit;

13. Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Qualifications

1.  University Degree with major in Accounting or Economics;

2.  5 years+ experiences for financial work and at least 2 year+ experience for AR/Credit Control;

3.  SAP experience is a plus;

4.  Good communication skill; proactive working attitude and fluent in English.
