1. Implement warehouse inbound & outbound correctly & timely in ERP.
2. Ensure responsible warehouse is fully comply with all company SOP and regulations.
3. Manage warehouse to ensure KPI targets are met. Support 3PL monthly KPI, monthly billing checking and confirmation.
4. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly stock taking. Make sure physical inventory is 100% the same as in our ERP. Material traceability keep 100%.
5. Monthly inventory report, slow moving report，abnormal issue report.
6. Support to warehouse sourcing.
7. Timely problem/customer complaint solving & filling.
8. Seriously learn and comply with enterprise policy, related internal and external procedures; be responsible for position safety work, not do anything violate work disciplines and work procedures.
9. Compliance and risks shall follow the relevant company internal and government external responsibilities specified in the job description.
10. 3PL performance measurement.
