-Order processing and management

-Coordinating between suppliers and customers to ensure on time shipment of orders in line with customer expectations.

-Coordinating with Suppliers/ Customers on payments for orders, Checking, preparation and distributing import/export documentation, customs affairs, product registrations

-Maintain general oversight of each order and insure accuracy of all records and database

-Maintaining accurate records of orders in both company central computer and departmental systems

-Ensure good communication with external & internal departments involved in the project, including but not limited to forwarders/warehouse/broker/SAFE/ICB/Finance

-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Coordination between our French (Sales) and Chinese team (operation and Sourcing), in particular for our new project of Sourcing (including Electronics, Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications & Requirements

  -At least 3 year of experience in sourcing, logistics, trading, supply chain or international trade.

  -Have deep knowledge of international trade.

  -Familiar with electronics regulations in China and Europe will be a plus.

 - Must speak Chinese, be fluent in English

  -Ability to speak French is a plus.

 - Flexible, autonomous, proactive and hard working.

  -Ability to interact with both Chinese and Foreign people and build relationship.

  -Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  -Computer savvy, excellent Excel skills.

   -Planning and organization skills.

   -Willing to travel, factory visit and production follow-up
