职位描述
An experienced marketing professional who has a proven track record of winning, developing and implementing creative marketing initiatives, with knowledge of working within B2B or Enterprise Service or Product Sector preferred, but not limited to B2B area.
The goals of this position are to increase the awareness / interests and generate giving back intention through various marketing instruments or platform, so as to continuously enhance the corporate reputation.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for planning and executing a strategic marketing plan for the entire project portfolio, primarily focusing on designing, managing and communicating marketing projects to the HRTPS AI community including signature clients, industry KOL and beyond;
2.Ensure that all interactive and print / virtual / electronic creative executions are consistent with the corporate brand and image. This will require periodic consultation with the Knowledge Center and Client Success team;
3.Ensure that the interaction with the business development function is always supportive, constructive and value added.
4.Maintain, update and design the company's internal and external websites;
5.Be responsible for the writing of various advertising brochures and press releases of the company;
6.Be responsible for the operation and promotion of the company's official WeChat;
7.Assist in daily market work and organize marketing events, including exhibitions, exchange meetings, customer activities, etc.;
8.Collect and feedback market information and add to analysis;
9.Develop new business opportunities with business manager via different channel;
10.Other tasks assigned by line manager
Basic Requirements:
1.Business degree or MBA equivalent professional qualification, strong willingness and ability to deal with C-suite people;
2.Minimum 5 years business experience, operational and with solid / open / team mentality;
3.Experience / skillset in social media marketing is essential;
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer orientation;
5.Strategic mindset, Analytical, results driven and strong ability to learn;
6.Excellent business written and fluent spoken English;
Highly proficient in software and internet / social media savvy.
