Description

• Determine go-to-market strategy in terms of practice with new technical and digital solutions
• Lead projects in diverse of industrial stakeholders focusing on China local market requirement.
• Demonstrates high level of critical thinking to develop solutions across client’s business process.
• Lead and develop team in order to perform their expertise, consultancy and delivery.
• Proposes innovative ideas, high impact solutions or alternative ways of thinking by Identifying the root cause of the problem.
• Build up business digitalization tactics and develop innovative offering to support business mid- and long-term sustainable growth
• Provide consulting counsel to clients to visualize strategy, shape consumer-interactive programs, and implement comprehensive/integrated social campaigns.
• Lead and improve team capability on design thinking and data-analytics

                                    

Requirement

    

• Bachelor’s degree and above

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Digital projects in at least one of the following digital expertise (AI, Digital Twins, Data science/analytics).
• Proven network and client relationship with senior contacts, with an ability to develop proposal and drive SCRM pitches
• With strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen, leadership skills and ability to influence for results
• Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills;
• Experience in Industrial Manufacturing / IOT/ High-Tech is a plus
