Responsibilities

• Setup a working force and build up capabilities as an extension of HQ Admin function in Shanghai
• Lead, coordinate and monitor with cross-functional parties to execute group projects and ensure successful project deliveries in all local projects
• Liaise and prepare annual administration budgets, monitor and control the expenses with local projects

• Regularly review, update and align administration policies / operational procedures, and ensure their perfect alignments and implementations in all local projects
• Centralize the procurement of all office supplies, travelling arrangements and consolidating all service contracts
• Collect business generated data and generate monthly reports
• Support new program development and drive continuous improvement
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 15 years' relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level, preferably gained from sizeable companies

• Experience in managing offices across different provinces in China is a must
• Mature, proactive, detailed-orientated and well organized
• Able to work effectively both independently and as a team member.  Comfortable to work under pressure and time constraint
• Able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities
• With strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills and able to deal with staff at all levels
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus

• Occasionally travel within China is required
