Accountabilities 职责
- Develop draught commercial plan ( distribution, NNS, investment guideline, in outlet execution guideline and toolkit, team structure with clear roles, activities and measures)
- Ensure draught commercial plan to be well executed, BU cooperation and volume tracking
- Develop draft POCM, activation and decorations for business. Enhance consumers understanding on draft presentation.
- Work with all functions in HQ to generate and improve trade marketing plans especially for draft POCs to drive volume and consumer understanding
- Work with partnership companies for resources and supports for draft business, help arrange market visit and report to China C&S Director companied monthly.
- Work with BU sales team to help with expansion and increase of ROS in draft POCs. Full year sales plan and TM supports on different brands.
Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
Education 教育
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing/business major preferred
Experience 经验
- Above 3 years relevant technical experience
Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)
- Soft Skill:
Independent, proactive, self-motivating, mature & accountable
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge:
Knowledge and interests on draft technical support
deep understanding of beer industry chain (consumer/WS/POC) and ABI sales operation
Good training abilities
- Qualification:
Proficient at Excel
Good English speaking, reading and writing.
Good at analytic, reporting and presentation skill
Willing to travel
