1. Payment processing & reconciliation: work with AP Accountant for the weekly payment processing, user communication and monthly financial closing related assignments, produce payment reconciliation report as basis for cash management practice.

2. Treasury operation: responsible for the cash position monitoring, cash pool operation, intercompany loan optimization, short term investment execution in compliance with internal and external regulations and policies etc.

3. Treasury reporting: responsible for treasury reports (cash position, ST investment, FX exposure) for monthly/quarterly closing, periodic/special audit assignments etc.

4. Treasury planning: assist with cash forecast and variance analysis, identify cash efficiency improvement, risk management and yield enhancement opportunities during daily operation.

5. Bank account management: primary contact window for bank account maintenance, annual account review etc.

6. Special project/initiative support: assist new/key payment and treasury projects/initiatives on needed basis.

Qualifications 资格要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant major, proficiency in finance/accounting knowledge.

2. 3 years or above working experience in a multinational company, shared service experience is a plus.

3. 2 years or above working knowledge with SAP system, H2H system and E-Banking operation with major financial institutions.

4. Good communication skills and good command of business English is required.

5. Proactive, responsible with strong attention to details and good business acumen.
