- Responsible for daily accounting transactions, including AR, AP and Tax module. Prepare AR, AP and Tax reconciliations.

负责日常应收、应付、税金模块相关会计核算，月末编制应收、应付及税费相关余额调节表。

- Assist GL accountant to review payment request. Prepare payment tracking and accounting vouchers upon reviewed payments and reimbursement requests. Assist GL accountant for tracking performance and achievement of accrued expense.

协助总账进行付款单据审核，并根据已完成审核的付款单据及报销单据编制付款跟踪表及入账凭证。协助总账跟踪各部门预提费用的执行及完成情况。

- Timely and proper management on the filing and maintenance of accounting vouchers, books, statements, audit reports and other financial documents.

及时妥善做好会计凭证、账簿、报表、审计报告等财务档案的整理、归档、保管工作。

- Monthly tax filing. VAT invoice management including application, issuing, verification & deduction, reversal and custody etc.

负责公司月度纳税申报以及增值税发票的申领、开具、认证抵扣、冲销、保管等日常管理工作。

- Assist GL accountant to prepare documents in external and internal audits

协助总账完成相关内外部审计资料的准备工作。

- Assist to input sales order and shipment in ERP.

协助在ERP系统中进行销售订单及系统发货的录入

- Other tasks assigned

任职要求：

- Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance major

本科或以上学历，会计或财务相关专业

- 2+ years relevant working experience with knowledge in China GAAP, tax regulations and relevant process.

两年以上相关工作经验，知晓中国会计准则、税务法规及相关财税核算流程。

- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems. QAD experience is a strong plus.

具有对企业ERP系统的认知和经验，其中尤以QAD经验为佳。

- Good command of Microsoft Office Series: Excel, Word, Power Point etc.

熟练运用Office软件：Excel, Word, Power Point等。

- Team player and good communicational skills, strong interpersonal ability, problem solving and analysis skills

团队精神及良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、处理问题及分析能力。

- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive work ethic.
