HSCC GROUP established in 1992 have introduced creative brand to Chinese consumer like Les Nereides & Bill Skinner, have 20 Retail stores and expanding fast. To increase the service to our consumer we have decided to strengthen our design and development capacity in our factories in China. To support this design and development project we are looking for a Senior designer to assist the designer and to make our design work more in time with the factories.

Job description

1.Develop collaborative products with designers from overseas, from concept to final production

2.Sketch product designs and produce line art to communicate design concepts, including multiple views and details as necessary in both 2D and 3D

3.Present design / concept boards to communicate design and ideas around projects

4.Create supporting artwork that illustrates design concepts and tells stories to the consumer

5.Work with the sales and marketing department to understand market needs and design to product briefs

6.Be aware of key deadlines and launch dates to ensure key milestones are achieved

7.Manage multiple projects at various stages in the process, ensuring the smooth movement of work flow through the product design process

8.Keep up to date of market trends and consumer needs，Create and maintain all art files

9.Select color, materials and components used in product designs and understand the impact of choices on costing and overall design aesthetic

10.Create tech packs and other materials to hand-off to brand partners for sample manufacturing

11.Attend and contribute in sample review sessions

12.Work to tight deadlines and deliver outcome on time

13. Other work designated by line manager.

Requirements:

1.Fashion accessories design, jewelry design, bags design related degree (2-3 years experience accepted)

2.Strong fashion sense，Sensitive to fashion and products (shape, colors, textures)

3.Initiative and solutions provider

4.Autonomous to handle projects under short delay and good team player

5.Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

6.Familiar with fashion jewelry assembling technics

7.Good English command.
