1) 公司产品或者服务供应商的寻找、选择和管理，年度进行供应商评估；

2) 与供应商进行比价、议价谈判等工作；

3) 按计划完成需求部门的产品和服务采购计划，并在保质保量的基础上降低采购成本；

4) 关注及跟踪市场产品及服务的价格变化情况，以提升产品的服务水平及降低采购成本；

Attention to the market price of products and service, to cutting the purchase price.

5) 审核采购合同及跟进后续发票付款问题；

Checking the contract and tracking the follow up the payment invoice.

6) 做好和其他部门的协调工作，以更好地支持需求部门的工作。

Coordinate with other departments to better support the work of the department.

1) 大学本科以上学历，品行端正，严谨务实，精细节约；

Bachelor degree or above, good conduct, rigorous and practical,

2) 两年以上采购工作经验，熟悉医药行业，具备较高的成本意识和质量意识；

More than two years of procurement experience, familiar with the pharmaceutical industry, with a higher awareness of cost and quality,

3) 熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商的考核和评估；

Familiar with the procurement process and the assessment and evaluation of suppliers,

4) 具备良好的部门内及跨部门的沟通、组织及协调能力，具备较高的服务意识；

Good inter-departmental and inter-departmental communication, organization and coordination skills, with a high sense of service

5) 具备良好的成本核算、商务谈判及人际沟通能力；

6) 英语听说读写能力良好，办公软件操作能力良好。
