总帐及成本会计GL and Cost Accountant

Report to 中国区财务运营总监

  

Responsibilities:

  

Play the role of key user and project team member for Navision setup and implementation.

  

Prepare GL entries, various reports and reconciliation confirmation per responsible entities.

  

Take care of product costing and pricing.

  

Verify the original supporting doc. before acceptance, make sure they’re compliance, completeness and drive process improvement continually.

  

In charge of budget and reports for the entity Pinghu.

  

Take care of balance confirmation with HQ and other entities (IDT).

  

Prepare GL entries, various reports and reconciliation confirmation per responsible entities.

  

Monitor capital investment and property ledger.

  

Document the operation procedures in standard format, drive process improvement.

  

Proactively identify deficiencies/risk area in accounting process and propose solution/measures to supervisors for discussion and improvement.

  

Work closely with cross-function teams (Commercial,HR,Admin,CS,Controlling,internal audit, legal) on any operational issues.

  

Prepare internal financial statement and reporting to meet the reporting timeline timely and accuracy on monthly basis.

  

Prepare variance reporting requested by operation/commercial and other departments.

  

HFM/SAP uploading, submission and templates preparation.

  

Support internal external audits, coordinating corrective actions against audit issues.

  

Other task assigned by line manager.

  

 

  

Qualifications:

  

Bachelor degree or above with majority in Accounting/Finance

  

At least 5 years of relevant experience in role both of General Ledger accounting and manufacturing costing, preferable with experience of manufacturing accounting and costing, food sector and Navision experiences pluses

  

Strong communication skills as well as execution capability

  

The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter

  

Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure

  

Good organizational and prioritization skills

  

Can work under pressure

  

Fluent English in written and spoken
