教育背景和工作背景要求:

1、法学本科以上学历且过司考，二年以上工作经验，法律及其它相关专业者优先

2、善于表达，擅长人际沟通，有致力针对公司法、民商法领域范畴

3、有一定的书面表达能力，逻辑思维

4、善于学习，具有内在执行力、创造力

5、可以熟练听、说、写英语

6、年龄在28岁以下（含28岁）
