岗位职责：

  

1. 负责境外子公司财务账务处理工作,包括与第三方对接账目，银行往来，年度审计事项；

2. 跟进研发项目进度，每月收集研发人员工时表；

3. 配合及编制季度、半年度、年度滚动预算，并根据项目进展及时掌握项目状态，更新预算；

4. 编制月度、季度、年度研发项目及部门费用分析报表；

5. 根据领导需求编制出具研发及费用分析报表；

6. 协助领导进行审计和其他工作。

            

任职资格：

  

1. 财务全盘工作5年以上工作经验，精通财会专业会计的知识和实务，熟悉会计核算和财务管理工作。

2. 具有良好的职业素养和道德操守。

3. 具有全面的财务专业知识， 熟练操作金蝶/SAP/Microsoft等办公软件。

4. 有医药行业的相关经验。

Responsibility：

  

1. Responsible for the financial accounting of overseas subsidiaries, including accounts in connection with third parties, bank transactions, and annual audits.

2. Follow up on the progress of R&D projects, and collect timesheets for R&D personnel every month.

3. Responsible for and prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual rolling budgets, and closely follow the progress and status of R&D and CMC projects to update the budget on a timely basis.

4. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual R&D projects and department expense analysis reports.

5. Responsible for the R&D and expense analysis reports based on the needs of the leadership team.

6. Assist Finance department leader with auditing and other tasks as needed.

            

Qualification:

  

1. At least 5 years of working experience in financial affairs, proficient in knowledge and practice of financial accounting, familiar with accounting and financial management.

2. Strong professional quality and moral integrity.

3. Have comprehensive financial professional knowledge, and experience operating Kingdee/SAP/Microsoft software, etc.

4. Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
