主要负责液压系统 - 液压阀和油缸，马达，齿轮箱，线束，控制器

1. Implement the sourcing activities including all purchasing processes like RFQ, cost evaluation, negotiation and contracts etc.

进行采购活动，包括所有采购流程，例如询价、成本评估、谈判和合同等

2. Commodity supplier developing, monitoring and risk controlling

物料组供应商的发展、监控和风险控制

3.Implement the defined key measures for commodity to optimize the cost

对物料组定义实施关键措施，以优化成本

4. SAP relevant data maintenance SAP

相关的采购数据维护

5. Purchasing key data analysis采购关键数据分析

6.Regular report to the procurement supervisor/manager to follow up all the key measures and responsible for the result to achieve target.

定期向采购主管/经理汇报，跟进所有关键指标，并对目标达成和结果负责

7. Inrease raw material’s localization rate of the responsible commodity group in China plant

提升中国工厂负责物料组的原材料本地化率

8. Support group global sourcing activities and projects in order to develop and improve supplier management, and increase group purchasing volume to low cost countries.

支持集团的全球采购活动和项目，以发展和改善供应商管理，并增加对低成本国家的集团采购量

9. Support quality team for improvement of suppliers’ quality performance, support logistics team to improve supplier’s delivery-on-time performance, support engineering team to carry out purchasing related change management

支持质量团队以改善供应商的质量绩效, 支持物流团队改善供应商的准时交货绩效, 支持工程团队进行与采购相关的变更管理

10. Support project sourcing team for new product development projects

为新产品开发项目的项目采购团队提供支持

11. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：

1. College degree or above in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or similar

大学本科及以上，机电一体化等工科背景相关专业毕业

2. 8 to 10 years’ experience in strategic purchasing of an international industrial company  

8-10年外企（工业公司）战略采购经验  

3. Experience in intercultural cooperation with suppliers and colleagues

 与供应商和同事的跨文化合作工作经验 

4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

良好的中英文书写口头表达能力

5. Contract skills and expertise in the respective product group

对负责物料组产品知识精通 。如：齿轮箱，马达，液压系统 – 液压阀和油缸等，线速，控制器等

6. Familiar with SAP / ERP software

SAP/ERP等软件操作熟练    

7. Good communication skill, persuasiveness, implementation and team-work

 良好的沟通力，有说服力，执行力和团队合作精神

8. Good in following up work, result oriented, detail oriented
