Responsibility:

?         FACTORY COMPLIANCE

The Auditor guarantees the respect of Auchan suppliers qualification policy.

She/He is referent in the office in terms of social, quality, and environmental audits.

？          Proposes to the Compliance Manager the annual plan of audits (internal / external) and the estimated cost according to rules and priorities given by the Compliance Manager

？          Implements the audit plan, makes adjustments if needed.

？          Performs social and quality audits at sourcing stage and whenever relevant (at least every 3 years)  in order to ensure factory conformity

？          Performs Corrective Action Plan Audit in order to ensure supplier implements corrective actions.

？          Analysis the conclusions of  external audits (FA or ICS), and follows the implementation of the corrective action plans within deadline.

？          Informs suppliers and the office teams on the conclusions of audits

？          Performs non announced audits when alerts are raised by QC or third part companies

？          Facilitate coordination between DPC Villeneuve d’Ascq, third party companies and suppliers

？          Ensure the accuracy of audits information in TraceAbility

?         RANDOM TRACEABILITY CONTROL (RTC)

The Auditor guarantees the traceability of AUCHAN orders.

？          Established the yearly plan of control for order traceability

？          Works with merchandisers and suppliers in order to get the right production status

？          He manages the non conformity process in case of non declared subcontracting

?         COORDINATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACES

The Auditor develops the right level of communication with her/his different  interfaces, and pro-actively participates to improve audit and RTC organization efficiency.

？          Centralizes audit results and organizes internal monthly review with Merchandisers teams  to share status of: audit plan, corrective action plan implementation; and collect needs of prospects Quality audit, RTC results.

？          Support VDA quality team in analysing and solving critical problems found in factories during audits , following quality claims or failed RTC

？          Organises training for external auditors and QCs to ensure the understanding of AUCHAN requirements (audit standards, specifications)

？          Evaluates the performance of external auditors.

？          Support understanding and solving suppliers non performance issues.

？          Performs benchmarking of best practices when in factories in order to share them with suppliers or bring new ideas within Auchan organization.

Requirement:

?         Factories’ quality control system and production reports

    

?         Factories’ social and environmental management system and documents associated

    

?         Auchan’s Quality Audit standards, evaluation scale and reporting process

    

?         Risk analysis expertise

    

?         Understanding and definition of Corrective Action Plan

    

?         Supplier relationship management knowledge

    

?         Interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities

    

?         Good level of oral and written English

    

?         Basic command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, mail)
