1、制定完善公司的人事/行政制度，督促、检查制度的贯彻执行；

2、负责人员招聘，简历筛选、组织面试、员工劳动合同签订/续订、入职培训、离退职手续办理、人事资料汇总/更新；

3、负责行政执照、证书、证件、文书、合同、档案的管理；

4、负责办公用品和实验耗材的订购；

5、负责出差人员的票务、酒店等后勤保障；

6、负责报销业务、公司备用金的管理；

7、负责文化、团建、旅游等

8、完成总经理临时布置的任务。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理相关专业；

2、熟悉相应的法律法规；

3、细致、有耐心、责任心强，具备同一时间多种任务的处理能力；

4、工作目标导向，遇到问题快速处理、积极应对，能依靠各种资源寻找解决方案；

5、愿意接受挑战，善于面对各种环境，具备快速的适应和解决问题的能力，能在压力下开展工作；

6、为人正直、稳重、务实、乐观、敬业、感恩，具备较强的条理性和逻辑性，形象气质佳。
