供应链协调专员

Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (SCO Coordinator)

岗位职责:

  1. Supply Chain Operations:供应链

  1. Be an active actor of the Supply Chain Strategy and structuration of the department积极参与部门的供应链战略和结构调整

  2. Create customer value with clear analysis and communication 通过清晰的分析和沟通创造客户价值

  3. Build and follow up the right supply chain models adapted by projects/customers (MTO, MTA,…) impacting the stock policies (buffer stocks, safety stocks, order stocks), the procurement policies, the choice of suppliers, the degree of involvement of both quality and engineering departments,…根据项目/客户(MTO, MTA…)的需求,建立并跟踪影响库存的供应链模型 (缓冲库存,安全库存,订单库存),采购政策,供应商选择,质量和工程部门的参与程度,

  4. Develop a high-level view of your projects through the analysis of its supply chain strengths, risks, challenges, and opportunities. Anticipate and follow up risks and challenges impact by coordinating the actions plans of other departments, developing a contingency plan to account for temporary disruptions and clearly communicate the situation to customer. 通过分析项目的供应链优势、风险、挑战和机遇,对项目进行高层次的分析。通过协调其他部门的行动计划,预测和跟踪风险和挑战的影响,制定应对临时中断的应急计划,并与客户清楚地沟通情况。

  5. Be the leader in the optimization of the customer supply chain and coordinate the actions and deadlines of other departments. 主导客户供应链的优化,协调其他部门的行动和截止日期。

  6. Judge and decide on difficult situations such as: 判断和决定困难的情况,例如:

    1. Customer expectations and Altyor production supply chain capacity and ability客户需求和Altyor生产供应链的能力

    2. Issues between departments having potential impacts on your project production plan部门之间的对项目生产计划有潜在影响问题

  7. Define and update more appropriate reports (Critical parts documents,…) to ensure a clear communication and focus on the real problem with the customer in difficult situations定义和更新更适当的报告(关键部分文件,…),以确保清晰的沟通,并在困难的情况下关注与客户的真正问题

. Sales Order Operations:销售订单运营

  1. 订单执行及跟踪:使用内部U8系统下订单 (合同审查 订单),并按确认的合同交付,协助财务跟踪 应收账款

Order fulfilment & follow-up: placing order using internal system U8, (contract review for MTO order), delivery, and support AR for payment if necessary

  1. 维护ERP 系统,及时更新最新的生产日期和出货日期

Maintain ERP data and updated with latest production date and delivery date.

  1. 处理协调公司内部各部门生产、采购、质检、工程,仓库及物流部门事宜

Deal with internal communication with Production, Purchasing, QC, NPI, Warehouse & Logistics departments in English and Chinese

  1. 跟踪销售计划, 未结订单数量,每周与相关部门审查及确认交付计划和生产计划

Follow up sales planning, Open PO Qty, daily call-off, First Pass Yield, weekly review delivery plan and Altyor production plan with production, purchasing depts. etc.

  1. 根据1/***生产能力2/生产线效率3/ FPY,管理生产跟踪文件(PFU)

    Manage the Production Follow Up document (PFU) by considering 1/ the maximum capacity of production 2/ efficiency of the production lines 3/ FPY

  2. 每日或每周向法国客户服务部提供PFU,与PFU和行动计划的任何偏差进行清晰的沟通。

    Provide daily or weekly PFU to French Customer Service, with clear communication on any deviation of the PFU and action plans.

  3. 客户维护及其它特殊要求处理:通过电话,邮件, 或者SKYPE与客户反馈,让客户满意

Manage appropriately communication and requests from customers via phone, Skype, email, face to face in English or Mandarin

  1. 保证长远的预测,以计划大规模生产没有问题

    Guarantee Forecast visibility long enough to plan mass production without issues

  2. 根据甘特标准项目建立一个标准项目领导

    Establish a standard Project Lead as per the standard Gantt Project

  3. 定期维护和更新甘特数据,当有交货时间增加的信息时,分析其对生产订单的影响。如果可能的话,与采购部门合作寻找替代解决方案,并与客户沟通。

    Maintain and update the Gantt on regular basis and when there is an information of Lead Time increase to analyze its impact on Production orders. Work with Purchasing department to find alternative solutions if possible and communicate it to customers together with the Gantt.

  4. 当需要下新订单时提醒客户,以避免在采购周期内停产

    Alert customers when it is required to place new orders to avoid any production stop as per Lead Time of procurement

  5. 提供月度总结报告,包括佣金计算,模具开发订单跟踪, 客户满意度调查汇总,及年度和月度预测

Provide monthly summary reports including commission calculation, mold development order follow-up, service rate sum-up, forecast based on in-hands orders and customer knowledge.

  1. 产品收益率统计:如有价格变动,及时更新给客户

Monitoring of product profitability: keep updated the product profitability calculation file, raise issue to top management, communicate updated price offer to customer
