Job Description 岗位描述

    

    

1, Provide a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service for Customs and Shipping, Purchase, Sales., etc

    

为其他部门提供诸如海关事务，货物运输，采购及销售的辅助服务。

    

2, Daily paper works issue：Proforma Invoice，Customs Documents，Shipping Documents.,etc

    

日常文件准备，诸如形式发票开具，海关文件准备，出运文件准备等

    

3,  Daily Update record online about sales.

1. 线上销售数据更新维护
2. Have basic knowledge about payment terms and delivery terms, issue order confirmation to customers based on production plan.
3. 生产计划，结合付款条件及交货条件，给客户出具订单确认函
4. assist the logistic department to arrange shipments on time
5. 物流部门安排出货事宜
6. given a training basic on main jobs, can finish works independently after training.
7. 培训后能独立完成工作
8. if necessary, need help to do customer service

                                    

如有必要，协助客户服务相关工作

Education:

    

教育背景：

    

→ University degree or above, major in accounting, supply chain& logistic is preferred

    

大专以上学历，财务或者供应链及物流专业优先

    

Passed CET-4 equal or above, fluent in Mandarin& English is a must in this job

    

英语四级及以上水平，普通话及英文口语流利
