1、 负责根据销售指令，销售计划及仓库库存状况完成原材料采购订单的下达及跟单工作;
2、 负责确认日常货物的到货计划及采购物品交期跟踪及控制；
3、 负责梳理,核对供应商发票情况和应付帐款汇总;维护供应商基本信息和最新采购价格;
4、 协助经理做好采购流程的控制,并提出优化建议；
5、 分析供应商市场信息，及时收集相关信息,确定短期和长期的供应商和供应渠道；
6、 负责采购合同的拟定、执行及跟进；
7、 负责处理货物质量的跟踪及原材料到达仓库入库情况的跟进；
8、 负责处理退换货及一般赔偿事宜；协助有关部门妥善解决货物使用过程中出现的问题；
9、 整理和登记采购合同、各类文件及供应商信息，记录到货时间；
10、每月编制采购总表，根据各部门的需要提供相关信息；
任职要求：
1、熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
2、有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
3、熟悉office办公软件；
4、有1-3年相关工作经验；
5、有报关经验和英语六级口语佳者从优考虑。
