1.Define test activity to be performed on roller bench: test description, measurement required, expected results. 

定义测试活动：测试说明，所需的测量，预期的结果。

2.Carry out emission calibration activities according to the planning of the project. (MVEG Cycle, WLTC Cycle, FTP Cycle, Customer Cycle, ect.) 

根据项目计划开展排放标定活动。 （MVEG周期，WLTC周期，FTP周期，客户周期等）

3.Work with vehicle powertrain attributes team and consumption calculation team to define the consumption target for the vehicle. 

与车辆动力总成属性小组和消耗量计算小组合作，确定车辆的消耗目标。

4.Make the reservations of the roller bench and perform test activity regarding the planning. 

进行相关计划的测试活动。

5.Analyse emission results, find out emission problem and risk, propose actions to solve. 

分析排放结果，找出排放问题和风险，提出解决措施。

6.Participate in road tests, like hot trip, altitude trip and cold trip. 

参加路测，如高温测试，高原测试和寒冷测试。

7.Weekly report to responsible project leader and functional team leader, share current calibration status (progress/hard points/risks). 

每周向负责的项目负责人和职能团队负责人报告，共享当前的校准状态（进度/难点/??风险）。

8.Drives calibration activity: Define with the calibration leader the results to be achieved. 

推动校准活动：与校准负责人一起定义要实现的结果。

9.Make an evaluation of the calibration status and plan activity for items to be improved following PSA internal calibration standards. 

根据PSA内部校准标准对要改进的项目的校准状态和计划活动进行评估。

10.Follow the planning of the project defined by the calibration leader. 

按照标定负责人确定的项目计划进行。

11.Make reports for each activity. 

制作报告。

12.Fill the emission KPI for the project. 

填写项目的排放KPI。

13.Respect the project budget for facilities rental.

职位要求：

1.Bachelor/Master degree

学士/硕士学位

2.Major in Automotive Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

车辆工程，动力工程，机械工程专业

3.At least 2 years working experience in Gasoline engine calibration, especially in emission calibration.

至少两年以上汽油发动机标定工作经验，尤其是排放标定。

4.Knowledge of INCA + ETAS tools 

INCA + ETAS工具知识

5.English speaking and driving license C1 (with weekly practice for one year at least) are required

要求英语口语良好和C1驾驶执照（至少一年练习一次）

6.Good communication, in order to have teamwork with engine calibration team.

有良好的沟通能力，以便与发动机标定团队保持团队合作。
