• Main Purpose of the Job: To be responsible for the Project including Design, Procurement, budget and Hand over of the Project as per the Schedule and Budget.

• Maintaining a close liaison with the Client/Main Contractor to ensure day to day requirements and Deliverables of the Project are met - meeting the client’s expectations.

• To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets and compliance with KPI’s

   

        

Job Description:

  

1. The successful candidate will work directly with Airbus to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He will coordinate with other departments of Aritex China and HQ to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.

2. Provide technical / commercial assistance to develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge for the Jigs & Tools of A350 C&DC

3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of project

4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of project

5. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

6. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions related

7. Manage technical inspections and suppliers follow up making sure technical drawings requirements are met with vendors

8. Start – Up on site and tooling hand over to customer following contractual requirements

9. Manage logistic process and shipping of the goods with forwarder inside Airbus plant

                  

 

  

Skills Requirements:

  

1. Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering discipline.

2. Minimum 3 Years’ experience in complex Projects as Project Manager

3. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

4. Supply Chain experience managing several suppliers and manufacturing follow up

5. Familiar with Logisitcs and Shippings process (Domestic and Overseas)

6. Be innovative and creative, resolve issues effectively and clearly communicate decisions and develop and maintain good team atmosphere.

7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

8. Preferable to have experience in Aeronautics OEM (Airbus, Boeing, COMAC…) and familiar with Robot applications (KUKA, ABB….)

9. Preferable to have certificate in PMP, Project Management Professional
