岗位职责：

1、负责基础职位的招聘工作，包括但不限于岗位发布、筛选简历、邀约面试、录用流程跟进等；

2、协助中高端职位的招聘工作；

3、员工入离职办理；

4、新员工入职培训；

5、协助档案整理；

6、主管安排的其他工作；

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、一年以上相关经，广告/媒体/公关行业优先；

3、熟悉钉钉系统操作；

4、精通excel/word/ppt等办公软件；

5、细心、耐心、抗也能力强。
