职位描述：

1. 负责原料及成品微生物实验室日常检验工作;

2. 熟悉食品或香精中微生物指标菌落总数、大肠菌群等的检测，熟悉无菌操作过程，熟悉微生物检测实验室的操作规程和管理规程;

3. 负责实验室的卫生维护，仪器、试剂的购买申请;

4. 能承担实验室部分理化或感官检测工作;

5. 负责实验室数据的整理和实验报告的出具;

6. 实验设备的定期内较和实验室留样的整理;

7. 完成领导分配的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，化学或相关专业，有微生物相关工作经验或相关专业背景优先；

2. 具有良好的团队合作、沟通协调能力；

3. 工作认真负责、严谨细致、有较强的分析解决问题能力。

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily inspection of the microbiology laboratory of raw materials and finished products;

2. Familiar with the detection of microbe, such as TPC and coliforms in food or flavors, Proficient in aseptic operation process, familiar with the operating procedures and management procedures of the microbial testing laboratory;

3. Responsible for the sanitary maintenance of microbiology laboratory and the purchase application of instruments and reagents.

4. Deal with part of physical, chemical and sensory testing in the laboratory.

5. Responsible for sorting out laboratory data and issuing experimental reports.

6. Regular internal calibration of experimental instruments and the sorting of laboratory samples.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, chemistry or related field, microbe related working experience or related professional background is preferred;

2. Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills;

3. Responsible, rigorous and meticulous, with good analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
