QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 职位要求:

 

？  Middle technology school or above, Minimum 2 years work-related experience

中技以上学历，至少2 年以上相关工作经验；

？  Know welding robot structure and gas shielded arc welding principle; With debugging and analysis capabilities of the welding system

了解焊接机器人结构及气体保护焊原理，具备焊接系统调试及分析能力；

？  Programming knowledge of Fanuc and Motoman robots, in the applications of welding, will be considered an asset.

熟悉Fanuc和Motoman机器人编程及其焊接方面的应用；

？  Ensure the correct implementation of the welding process according to customer requirements and meet their requirements

能够按照客户的要求，确保焊接工艺正确执行，满足顾客的要求；

？  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

具备创造性和分析性的工作能力 ；

？  Hard working and good communication and coordination skills.

能努力工作，具备良好的沟通及协调能力；

？  Ability and readiness to work under pressure.

具备相关能力及乐于在压力下工作 ；

Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions 职位描述: 

？  Due to try out the new program，edit and follow the open issue before PPAP.

项目PPAP 前，主导生产线进行调试，并对相关问题点进行对策及监督整改

？  Deal with a variety of abnormalities of the production line to ensure the production went as planned

项目量产后，确保项目正常生产，解决相关量产后产生的相关工艺问题

？  Ongoing the maintenance and optimization of the welding path; Ensure the required welding quality

不断维护和优化焊接轨迹，确保焊接质量要求；

？  Offer Equipment use and maintenance, quality requirements and control on-site training to the site operatives

为现场操作工提供设备的使用和维护、质量要求和控制等方面的现场培训；

？  Equipment use and maintenance, the monitoring and controlling of the implementation of the technological requirements

现场操作工设备使用和维护、工艺要求执行控制情况的监控；

？  Help the automation and control engineers to do the robot maintenance

配合自动化控制工程师做好机器人保养维护；

？  Site safety inspection and supervision

现场安全生产检查和监督；

？  Site 5S maintenance and inspection

现场5S 维护和检查；

？  Work within the guidelines of company Associate Handbook

根据公司员工手册的内容开展工作
