Paralegal / Associate

  

  

Requirements:

  

- applicants must be a law degree holder

  

- preferably qualified in Common Law

  

- excellent communication skills, proficiency in written and oral English;

  

- ability to prepare legal/corporate documents in English and Chinese

  

- solid experience in IPOs and M&A transactions and the capability to work independently
- willingness to travel as the position may involve frequent business travel

  

- applicant must be diligent, motivated and committed
- possess strong common sense and good inter-personal skills

  

- previous relevant experience in other law firms will be advantageous
