1，Posting, tax filing and financial reports package of headquarter and ensure them accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

2，Collect and review invoices, billings and other supporting and verify its validity before post.

3，Responsible for AR related accounts monthly reconciliation.
4，Identify potential risk and keep on improvement and implementation of the existing process.

5，Audit supporting. 

6，Other work assigned by Manager.

    

账务处理、税务申报、总部的财务报告并保证其正确、及时和合规。 

账务处理前收集、审核相关的原件单据和文件。

负责应收款相关事宜。

识别潜在风险并持续执行和改进现在的流程。

审计支持。

完成上级临时交办的工作。 

    

  

Qualification：

    

1, College degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management or Tax，5 years working experience in accounting department.

2,Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and be familiar with Dynamics365 is a plus.

3,Working experience in import or export trading company is a plus

4, Above CET-4, be able to communicate in English.

    

 

大专或以上学历, 会计财务相关专业毕业，3年以上会计工作经验；   

熟练掌握办公使用技能， 熟练使用Dynamics365会计软件尤佳；

有进出口贸易公司工作经验者优先;

英语CET-4，能用英语进行书面沟通.
