RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support
  the Head of Investor Relations, serving as the primary point of contact
  with investors, research analysts and the media
• Coordinate
  and participate in investor meetings, conferences and roadshows
• Manage
  the investor relations database
• Prepare
  corporate presentation, press release, announcements, financial reports,
  and other required
• Help
  build and maintain a strong network with analysts and investors
• Coordinate
  and respond to investor and media inquiries
• Maintain
  and update the content of corporate website and corporate social media
  accounts
• Monitor
  financial media coverage of the company
• Work
  with international PR firms

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s
  degree
• 2-5
  years of experience in investor relations or equity research or
  investments
• Experience
  in the healthcare sector preferred, finance or accounting background,
  consulting background also welcome
• Knowledge
  of the China biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Strong
  interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent
  writing skills in English and Mandarin
